Red Velvet Cake for a Physician’s Assistant...this cake only took a couple of hours!

Ok, yeah I know it's been a GOOD minute since I updated the blog lol, but I'll start where I left off...bear with me!

My 1st Coach purse cake...gave me a lot of trouble and I did it over so I'm happy now!

Originally, I had done the purse and didn't like it so I took everything off the ganache and redid it all...so glad I did because it came out better than expected.  I cut out a stencil and made my own edible paint, working slowly and cautiously; I then put it atop a sheet cake as a base.
