Slowly but surely.....I'm catching up my blog!  Easter week was one of the busiest I've had, so much that I didn't even get to prepare my Easter dinner until that morning....sad, I know lol.  But, the week was fun helping my daughter do 25 Easter baskets and doing my own orders for that week which included 7 dozen of these babies:

It's really been that long?  I've really been that busy?  Wow, I've barely even touched a computer since Easter so my blog has been neglected :(  I've got new content though!!!

Here is a 1st birthday cake I made for a family that prefers whipped cream to frosting.  So, not having much experience in this area, I found that decorations WILL MELT on whipped cream but sugar sheets won't!  Imagine that!

My oldest son kept saying that he just wanted to cut into this cake.......I did too  :)
